Over 2,600 free parking spaces are available including undercover parking. Car parks can easily be accessed from the three entrances off Osborne Road, or from Burwood Road. The centre also offers parking for parents with prams, and disabled shoppers at key entrances.

Brookside is located in Mitchelton, a 15 minute drive north of Brisbane’s CBD. The closest railway station to Brookside is Mitchelton on the Ferny Grove/Beenleigh line, a quick 5 minute walk to Brookside. Brooksides’ all-weather Taxi Rank is located at the Coles and Woolworths end of the centre.
